The Start
I didn’t sign up for a fancy membership.
I didn’t hire a personal trainer.
I didn’t even buy new workout clothes.
All I had was a plan, a corner of my room,
and the decision that I was going to show up every day.

The Plan
It wasn’t complicated.
Bodyweight workouts.
Short, focused sessions.
Just enough to push my limits —
but never enough to burn me out.
The Results
By week 4, my energy was higher.
By week 6, I felt stronger.
By week 8, I could see the changes in the mirror —
and I didn’t need a scale to prove it.

The Lesson
You don’t need perfect conditions to change your body.
You just need commitment, consistency,
and the belief that starting small
